To the Sandy Salmon Bed & Breakfast Lodge

Whether you are looking for a relaxing hideaway, an exciting place to play, or just passing through, we can accommodate your desires. Whether you are a local resident seeking a close-by getaway or a traveler seeking to experience the mountain life, the Sandy Salmon Bed and Breakfast Lodge is the place to stay.

The log lodge exudes warmth and beauty, both in its furnishings and its 5 1/2 acre wooded setting. For those quiet moments indoors you will find cozy nooks for reading, conversation or contemplation. Outdoors, stroll the peaceful paths or relax on the deck breathing the fresh mountain air.

Wildlife is a common sight. Chipmunks, squirrrels, raccoon and deer roam the grounds freely. Many birds, eagles, osprey, hawks, ducks, geese, herons, woodpeckers, and kingfishers nestle in the firs.

The lodge sits on a bluff about 60 feet above the Sandy River and the Salmon River where they merge in a maze of rapids and whitewater. Enjoy 700 feet of river frontage view. The surroundings are mostly wooded with large fir trees; however, there are also maple, cedar, cottonwood, hemlock and alder.
